Loyalty & rewards
Reward regulars with a stamp card or a points scheme — and a loyalty card that lives in Apple or Google Wallet, in your venue's colours, with a balance that updates live as guests earn. You write the rewards; guests join free.
On Pro and above — from £79/month.
Or on its own — £25/month.
There's no platform fee on loyalty — nothing is skimmed when members earn or redeem.
Your loyalty scheme, four decisions.
Pick an earn model, write the rewards, design the card — then let it run itself.
- 1
Pick stamps or points
A classic stamp card — a stamp per visit, a reward when it fills — or points per visit, or points per £1 spent. Set double-points windows for the nights you want busier; overlapping windows never stack, the best one simply wins.
- 2
Guests join free, anywhere
From the booking page, Order & Pay checkout or the waitlist where your venue runs them, in their account, or with your team — one tap, no app. Members joining online confirm by email before anything counts, so the list stays clean — a guest your team signs up in person is active straight away.
- 3
The card lives in their wallet
An Apple and Google Wallet card in your colours, with your logo, banner and wording. The balance updates live as members earn — and Apple cards can nudge the lock screen at reward moments.
- 4
Earning runs itself
Bookings can earn automatically when the table clears and paid Order & Pay table orders earn by themselves — where your venue runs those — or your team awards from the Scanner in a tap, with a per-day earning cap and a five-minute undo for slips.
Rewards worth coming back for.
Rewards you write yourself
Up to 20 rewards in your own words — "£5 off your bill", "Free dessert" — each priced in stamps or points. Spare stamps survive a redemption, and you can add a one-off welcome perk for new members.
A birthday perk
Give members a birthday boost once a year — bonus stamps or points, or a saved coupon where your plan includes offers — timed anywhere from the day itself to a month ahead, so the treat arrives while they're still planning.
Redeem at the venue or at the table
Your team redeems rewards by scanning the member's card — balance checked server-side, permission-gated. Run Order & Pay too and you can switch on checkout redemption, letting members put a money-off reward towards a table order.
A loyalty programme with guard-rails.
Generosity with limits you set — so a good scheme never becomes an expensive one.
Caps that protect you
One earn per member per day by default (raise it to 20 if you like), an optional daily redemption cap, and optional balance expiry after months of inactivity — with one warning email before anything lapses.
Send offers to members
Where your plan includes offers, push a claimable offer straight into members' accounts — the coupon waits there, and the Apple Wallet card's "coupons waiting" count updates so members spot it next time they glance at the card.
Members, not just names
Members see their balance, activity and rewards in their account at your venue — and your email campaigns can target loyalty members only, so the people who love you hear from you first.
When a loyalty scheme isn't right for you.
One scheme, one venue
A member's balance belongs to your venue — there are no cross-venue points, no multi-site scheme and no tiered VIP levels. One scheme per venue, run well.
Spend-based points need the habit
On a points-per-£1 scheme, an in-person visit earns when your team enters the bill in the Scanner — only paid Order & Pay orders and ticket purchases (where your venue runs those) earn by themselves. If the Friday rush skips the scan, Friday skips the points.
Google Wallet has house rules
The Google Wallet card requires a logo — without one, members get the Apple pass only. And Google cards update silently: only Apple passes can nudge the lock screen at reward moments.
If loyalty isn't your style, nothing else assumes it — bookings, events and gift cards carry on exactly the same.
