Payments through your own Stripe account
Guest card payments go through your own Stripe account; ResoFlow does not store card numbers. Manage supported refunds from ResoFlow, with clear status and follow-up when a payment needs checking.
Top-ups are one-off, never a subscription
SMS, email, marketing and AI credit packs are bought as you go and never expire — no commitment, no recurring charge. Extra storage is £2 per GB per month on any paid plan or product.

Do you charge per-cover fees?
No. Table bookings carry 0% commission and no per-cover fee on every plan, including the free one. Your plan and any payment or messaging charges are shown separately.
Product transaction fees are listed above: 2.9% + 50p on a paid event ticket, a flat 15p on a paid table order and 50p + 1% on a collection or delivery order (Order & Pay Pro). Stripe processing applies separately. Optional products, credit top-ups and extra storage are listed on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial on the paid plans?
Paid plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your first paid period and we refund those subscription payments in full. It covers the first paid period only, once per venue, and one-off credit packs never qualify.
The Free plan is not a trial either. It is free permanently, and it never asks for a card.
Can I bring my existing bookings and customers with me?
Yes, by CSV import — included from Plus and above and with a paid Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay product. Website and domain products do not include CSV import. You match your own columns, preview before anything is written, and customers with a matching email address are merged rather than duplicated.
If you take the free venue setup, we do the import for you as part of it.
Do the products work without the booking system?
Yes. All six — gift cards, loyalty, tickets, Order & Pay, a themed website and your own domain — work completely on their own, for any business, with no venue plan attached. Public pages depend on the product; the domain product connects your own web address to your existing ResoFlow pages.
Eligible loyalty members can earn on orders, and guests can use valid gift cards at supported checkouts when you enable those options.
