Do you charge per-cover fees?

No. Table bookings carry 0% commission and no per-cover fee on every plan, including the free one. Your plan and any payment or messaging charges are shown separately.

Product transaction fees: 2.9% + 50p on a paid event ticket (and per person on a paid experience, on what is paid online), a flat 15p on a paid table order and 50p + 1% on a collection or delivery order (with Order & Pay — table, collection and delivery). Stripe processing applies separately. Optional products, credit top-ups and extra storage are listed on the pricing page.

Is there a free trial on the paid plans?

Paid plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your first paid period and we refund those subscription payments in full. It covers the first paid period only, once per venue, and one-off credit packs never qualify.

The Free plan is not a trial either. It is free with no time limit, and it never asks for a card.

Do the products work without the booking system?

Yes. All six — gift cards, loyalty, tickets, Order & Pay, a themed website and your own domain — work completely on their own, for any business, with no venue plan attached. Public pages depend on the product; the domain product connects your own web address to your existing ResoFlow pages.

Eligible loyalty members can earn on orders, and customers can use valid gift cards at supported checkouts when you switch those options on.

Can I bring my existing bookings and customers with me?

Yes, by CSV import — included from Plus and above and with a paid Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay product. Website, domain and Team products do not include CSV import. You match your own columns, preview before anything is written, and customers with a matching email address are merged rather than duplicated.

If you take the free venue setup, we do the import for you as part of it.

What happens if something goes wrong mid-service?

Print the day sheet at the start of service — it is on every plan — and you can carry on from paper if your internet drops. Your database is backed up every day, with seven days of point-in-time recovery, and a monitoring job checks daily that the backup actually completed.

There is a public status page at status.resoflow.co.uk, with no sign-in needed.
