See it in action.
Try it yourself.
Explore bookings, guest experiences and venue tools in interactive demos at our fictional venue, The Bistro. Start wherever you like; no sign-up is needed and no real transactions take place.
Pick a demo.
Then pick another.
Guest journeys, venue tools and an order journey covering both sides. Each uses sample data, with optional tips when you want them.
Booking flow
Walk through the booking your guests get — date, party size, time, details and the payment step. Real venues can take a deposit or the full amount, and offer optional Extras.
Open the demoOrder & Pay
Order and pay from your table end to end — browse the menu, build your order (the set menu is in there), add a tip and pay. Then watch the order land on the kitchen's Orders screen.
Open the demoWaitlist
Join a full-house waitlist and watch your place in the queue move up, with a live estimated wait — the bit that decides whether a walk-in stays or wanders down the street.
Open the demoEvents & tickets
Buy a ticket for a ticketed event — pick a tier, check out, and get a scannable ticket. At a real venue the money goes straight to the venue's own Stripe account.
Open the demoGift cards & loyalty
Buy a gift card — pick an amount, personalise it and pay — then see loyalty in action. There is no ResoFlow fee on gift-card sales; Stripe processing applies.
Open the demoGuest hub
Every venue gets a free guest hub — one page carrying booking, the menu, what's on and the sign-in to My account. It's the link you'd put in your Instagram bio.
Open the demoMy account & reviews
Sign in as a regular — upcoming bookings and tickets, loyalty points, a gift-card balance, email preferences — then leave a review after a visit, the way your guests would.
Open the demoDashboard sandbox
Step behind the pass — seat a booking from the list, watch the floor plan turn green, and drag a booking to a new time. This is the screen your team would live in.
Open the demoLoyalty & rewards
Walk through a loyalty scheme as a member — join free, confirm by email, add the wallet card, earn points and spend a reward.
Open the demoMarketing & promotions
Compose a sample email campaign, choose an opted-in audience and press send — then see the branded email and the offer exactly as your guests would.
Open the demoYour website
The Bistro's own website is a real ResoFlow site, published on our demonstration venue — see the look it wears, the pages it carries and how the other looks compare.
Open the demoStaff portal
The screen your team uses on a shift — sign in with an example PIN, open a booking, seat the party and clear the table, then scan a sample event ticket at the door.
Open the demoCollection & delivery
Order for collection or delivery from your phone — pick a time, check the address and place a sample order. This is Order & Pay Pro: at a real venue it carries 50p + 1% of the food and drink total, and nothing here is charged.
Open the demoSeat a table.
Watch it go green.
The dashboard sandbox is the screen your team would actually work in. Seat a booking from the list and the floor plan updates underneath it; drag a booking to a new time and the timeline moves with it.
The same sample order on the kitchen board.
Scan. Order. Pay.
Then see it land.
The Order & Pay demo is the only one that shows you both ends of the same transaction. You order from the table like a guest — then the ticket appears on the kitchen board like a chef.
There's no app to download at either end: guests scan the table QR and order in their browser, and the board runs on any screen you already own. At a real venue, ResoFlow takes a flat 15p per paid table order out of the payout — never added to your customer's bill, and tips are never touched (collection and delivery orders on Order & Pay Pro carry 50p + 1% of the food and drink total).
How the demos work.
Every demo is the real product with a fictional venue's sample data — here is what you are clicking.
Explore the product flows
Try the booking steps, guest pages and venue tools using local sample data. The demos follow supported product flows; payments, messages and wallet actions are simulated.
A fictional venue, familiar workflows
The Bistro’s menu and bookings give you a consistent sample to explore. Your own venue’s prices, settings and branding can differ. Plan prices and ResoFlow fees shown here come from the published catalogue.
Nothing is saved
No sign-up, no account, no card. Type a name, book a table, build an order — when you close the tab it goes with you. That's also why you can hand the demo to a colleague without warning them about anything.
Look for as long as you like
Nobody is notified when you open a demo. If you'd rather be walked through it, a free 30-minute call is yours to book.
One thing the demos can't show you
What your own room looks like on the floor plan. That takes about ten minutes on the free plan — or you can hand it to us: full venue setup is something we’d value at £199, and it is free on every plan while ResoFlow is new.
Three sensible next steps.
Check the price
Four venue plans from free to £129/month, and six products you can buy on their own from £7/month. Every platform fee is printed on the same page.
