How it works.
We build it with you
We arrange a transition day and run a structured setup session — your answers configure everything, from opening hours to your floor plan and menu, and your existing bookings and customers come across too. It all happens remotely, wherever you are in the UK.
You go live
Usually taking bookings within the day — and ResoFlow is founder-run, so the person helping you get set up is the person who built it.

While ResoFlow is new, every venue gets the full setup free — it's the best way for us to prove the platform. That won't last forever, so if you're thinking about it, now is the time.

Timings depend on both of us
"Live within a day" is what usually happens when a venue has its menu, opening hours and floor plan to hand. Setup days are arranged around availability — and if your content needs more gathering, it can take a little longer. Nothing is promised that a busy week can break.
Your plan sets the feature list
Setup covers the features included in what you choose — gift cards, loyalty, events and Order & Pay live on selected plans, and each is also available on its own as a standalone product. We'll tell you honestly which plan or product fits what you want to run, including when the free one is enough.
You stay in charge
Everything is configured on your instructions and you review the result — menus, prices and policies are yours to approve. And everything we set up, you can change yourself afterwards.
