How the day actually works.

Three things to have in mind, so the transition day runs smoothly.

Timings depend on both of us

“Live within a day” is what usually happens, not a guarantee. Setup days are arranged around your availability and ours, and a venue with a complicated room or a big customer list to import will take longer than one without.

Your plan sets the feature list

Gift cards, loyalty, events and Order & Pay live on selected plans — and each is also available on its own. We’ll help you choose what fits, including when the free plan is enough.

You stay in charge

Everything is configured on your instructions, not our preferences — and you can change all of it afterwards. Nothing gets switched on because it looked good on a checklist.

Is it genuinely free?

Yes. It’s a full setup we’d value at £199, and while ResoFlow is new it is free on every plan, including the Free one. There is no minimum term to sign — plans are monthly and you can cancel from the dashboard whenever you like.

Do you have to come to the venue?

No. It all happens remotely, wherever you are in the UK. We arrange a transition day and work through a structured session with you — your answers are what configure the system, from opening hours to the floor plan and the menu.

Can you bring across what’s in my current system?

Yes — your customer list and your existing bookings come across by CSV import, which is included from the Plus plan upwards. Bring the export from your old system and we’ll do the rest on the day.

What if I want to do it myself?

That works too, and plenty do. ResoFlow is fully self-serve: sign up free, draw your floor plan and share your booking link in minutes. The setup service is here whenever you want a hand rather than instead of doing it yourself.
