These come with Complete and switch off when the trial ends, unless you carry on with a paid plan. Nothing you’ve entered is deleted.
Your venue’s name and address stay exactly as you set them — a setup code never changes those.

The practicalities
Three things to have in mind, so the transition day runs smoothly.
“Live within a day” is what usually happens, not a guarantee. Setup days are arranged around your availability and ours, and a venue with a complicated room or a big customer list to import will take longer than one without.
Gift cards, loyalty, events and Order & Pay live on selected plans — and each is also available on its own. We’ll help you choose what fits, including when the free plan is enough.
Everything is configured on your instructions, not our preferences — and you can change all of it afterwards. Nothing gets switched on because it looked good on a checklist.
Yes. It’s a full setup worth £199, and while ResoFlow is new it is free on every plan, including the Free one. There is no minimum term to sign — pay monthly or yearly, and you can cancel from the dashboard whenever you like.

Yes — your customer list and your existing bookings come across by CSV import, which is included from the Plus plan upwards. Bring the export from your old system — or put it on your send-us-your-setup link — and we’ll do the rest on the day.
We keep what you send while your setup is being prepared — for 30 days after it was last worked on, and never more than 90 days in all — then delete it, unless you open your ResoFlow account, when it becomes part of it.
