Lovely evening — the lamb was perfect and the team couldn’t do enough for us.

Great Sunday roast — a short wait for dessert, but worth it.

01How it works
Left after the visit. Answered by you.
What your customer does, what your team sees, and what happens when something’s wrong.
After the visit
Only people who booked, ordered or bought a ticket can review
Once their visit is over, their booking page asks for a review — stars, a few words if they like, and the name to show. They have 30 days, and one review each.
Straight away
It shows on your venue page
It goes live at once, whatever the stars, with the month and what they came for — and your average works itself out.
You reply
You answer it, in public
Your team sees it on the reviews page and replies as the venue, under the review. Rezo can draft the reply for you to check.
Something wrong?
Report it, and it’s hidden
Abusive, fake or offensive? Report it and it comes off your page and out of your average straight away while ResoFlow looks — for up to 7 days.
Our decision
ResoFlow decides, and tells you
We remove it or keep it, and email you either way. If we haven’t decided within 7 days, it comes back on your page.
02The rules
Fair to them. Fair to you.
Every review comes from a booking, an order or a ticket, and every rating counts — with a way to report the ones that cross the line.
03The numbers
Included. With any paid plan or product.
Customer reviews are included with any paid plan or any paid product. Asking for reviews by email comes with Plus and up.
04Works with
Better with the rest of ResoFlow.
One customer record, one bill and one set of reports behind every product.
05Questions
Reviews, answered.
The questions venues ask us most about this. There are more in the help centre.
More in the help centreWho can leave a review?
Only people who booked a table, ordered or got a ticket — after their visit, their order or the event. They review from their own booking, order or ticket page, up to 30 days after their visit, once each.
Can I hide bad reviews?
No — and that’s what makes them worth reading. Every rating goes live, good or bad. If a review is abusive, fake or offensive, report it: it comes off your page straight away while ResoFlow looks, for up to 7 days.
What happens when I report one?
It leaves your page and your average at once. ResoFlow removes it or keeps it, and emails you either way. If we haven’t decided within 7 days, it comes back on your page.
Can I reply?
Yes — one public reply per review, shown under it as the venue. You can edit it, and on Pro and Complete Rezo can draft it for you.
Do you ask for Google reviews too?
The review request email (Plus and up) goes to customers who said yes to hearing from you, with a button to your Google or Tripadvisor page. It counts as one of your booking emails, not a marketing email. ResoFlow doesn’t read or copy Google reviews.
Do I have to show reviews?
No. Nothing shows until you switch “Show reviews to customers” on in Reviews, and you can switch it off any time.
Let your customers say it for you.
Reviews come with any paid plan — Plus, Pro or Complete — or any paid product.
