The system we wished the venue had.
ResoFlow is the booking and venue platform for independent restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs — bookings, orders, gift cards, tickets, loyalty and your own website, in one system. It’s an independent business, built in Scotland and founded by Callum, who spent years working on a restaurant floor, and it has been live since 1 July 2026.
Every plan price and our standard platform fees are published on this site, so you can see what you would pay before you start.
Support reaches a person. Rezo answers many questions on the spot, and anything it can’t answer can come to me.

Before ResoFlow
On the floor
Callum worked in a restaurant, and watched the booking platform take a commission on guests who would have walked in anyway, saw the system slow down on a busy Saturday, and clicked through software where every useful feature was an add-on, a quote or a call with sales.

Free venue setup arrives with a setup code a venue applies itself — and a menu can be read straight from a photo.
