Hi, I'm Callum. I build ResoFlow.
ResoFlow isn't made by a sales team with a software department attached. It's made by one person who worked in a restaurant, got tired of the tools, and decided to build better ones.
Why this exists.
I worked in a restaurant. I watched the booking platform take a commission for guests who would have walked in anyway, saw the system crawl on a busy Saturday, and clicked through software that looked — and behaved — like it was built fifteen years ago and left to rot. The features we actually wanted were always an add-on, a quote, or a "talk to sales".
So ResoFlow is the system I wished we'd had on the floor: fast, priced in plain sight, with no commission on table bookings, and with the tools — deposits, gift cards, events, loyalty — in the plan rather than bolted on at £35 a month each.
Being one person is the point, not a limitation. There's no account manager between you and the person who wrote the code: when you email ResoFlow, I read it. Feature requests don't go into a backlog vote — if it's right for independent venues, I build it.
Four things you can hold me to.
Honesty first
Everything on this site is the real product — real screens, live demos you can click through, and no invented reviews or numbers. ResoFlow has been live since July 2026, taking real bookings, and when venues vouch for it you'll hear it from them by name.
Prices in plain sight
Every plan price is public, and every platform fee is published before you pay anything — see exactly what you'd pay on any payment.
You email ResoFlow, you get me
Rezo, the built-in assistant, answers most questions on the spot — anything past it comes to me, not a ticket queue. No account managers, no tiers; just the person who wrote the code.
Built for independents
Feature requests come from venues, not a roadmap vote — and gift cards, events, loyalty and promotions are in your plan, never compulsory bolt-ons. Gift cards, tickets, loyalty and Order & Pay are also available on their own.
