It started on the floor.
Callum worked in a restaurant. He watched the booking platform take a commission on guests who would have walked in anyway, saw the system slow down on a busy Saturday, and clicked through software where every useful feature was an add-on, a quote or a call with sales. ResoFlow is the system he wanted the venue to have: quick, priced in plain sight, with no commission on table bookings, and with deposits, gift cards, events and loyalty in the plan rather than sold one bolt-on at a time.
It is built close to the venues that use it. Feature requests come from working restaurants, and what changes ships to every venue at once — with the release notes published openly on the news page.

Prices published
Every plan price and every platform fee is published before you pay anything. Where a fee does exist — event tickets and Order & Pay — it is written down next to the feature. See exactly what you’d pay.
No commission on table bookings
Table bookings carry no commission and no per-cover fee on every plan, including Free. Your busiest month costs the same as your quietest, and the relationship with your guests stays yours.
Support that reaches a person
Rezo, the built-in assistant, answers most questions on the spot. Anything past it goes directly to the founder who builds ResoFlow — you are talking to the person who can change things.

ResoFlow has been live since July 2026, taking real bookings — The Exchequer in Kirkcaldy has run its service on it since July 2026. Gift cards, events, loyalty and promotions are in the plans, and gift cards, tickets, loyalty and Order & Pay are also available on their own.
