Reports & paymentsMoney reports from Plus

Every pound, counted once. Ready for your accountant.

Sales by channel, fees, refunds, VAT and tips in one place — and on the 1st of every month, a pack for your accountant: a PDF summary and two spreadsheets, kept for seven years.

  • A finished month never changes
  • No customer names in any pack
  • Yesterday’s takings at 7am

01How it works

Every payment counted. Once.

One deposit, from the moment it’s paid to the email the morning after its refund.

  1. A payment

    Every fee, on every payment

Each card payment on your payments page shows what the customer paid, Stripe’s fee, ResoFlow’s fee and what you received — Stripe’s own figures, never estimated.

  2. On the 1st

Your accountant’s pack, made for you

On the 1st, last month’s pack is made — a PDF summary and the spreadsheets, kept for seven years, with no customer names in them.

  3. A refund

Counted in the month it happens

Refund that August deposit in September and it counts in September — so the month your accountant already has stays exactly as it was.

  4. At 7am

    Yesterday’s takings, in your inbox

Every morning at 7am, what customers paid you the day before — money in, refunds and the net. A day with no money and no refunds sends nothing.

02The monthly pack

One pack, three files.

Made on the 1st for the month before, and kept ready to download for seven years. Send secure links that work for 30 days — or, from Pro, have it emailed automatically.

  1. Summary (PDF)

    A summary to read

Sales by channel, refunds, fees and VAT, with the month’s totals on top.

  2. Transactions (CSV)

    Every payment, one row each

Each payment and refund by its booking reference, order number or the end of a gift card’s code — and the ResoFlow fee on it.

  3. VAT summary (CSV)

    VAT by rate

The sales at each VAT rate and the VAT inside them — only when you’ve added a VAT number.

03Emailed reports and analytics

The numbers come to you.

One list of every report we can email, and one set of recipients — up to five addresses, set once.

Which plan do I need?

The money reports and the monthly pack come with Plus and above — and with Gift cards, Tickets or Order & Pay bought on their own, on any plan. Emailing the pack automatically is on Pro and above.

Is there anything personal in the pack?

No. Payments are listed by booking reference, order number or the last four characters of a gift card — never a customer’s name, email or phone number.

Why is a refund in a different month from the sale?

Because every refund counts in the month it happened. It keeps each finished month exactly as it was when it closed.

Are the fees estimated?

No. The ResoFlow fee actually taken on each payment, and Stripe’s processing fees as Stripe reported them. If Stripe hasn’t reported one, it’s left blank.

What if I’m not VAT registered?

Leave the VAT number blank and the pack is a monthly sales pack, without the VAT page and file.

Does a pack use my storage?

No. Packs never count towards your storage allowance.

Close the month in minutes.

Money reports and the monthly pack come with Plus, and with Gift cards, Tickets or Order & Pay.
