    The address on your menus and signage — without the www. ResoFlow never sells or registers domains, so it stays yours.

  2. One record

    Paste one line where you bought it

    One record at your provider — GoDaddy, 123-Reg, IONOS or whoever you use. Copy each part exactly; nothing changes until you do.

  3. We check

    We find it, and add the padlock

    Once we see your record we issue the security certificate — the padlock browsers show. It usually takes a few minutes, and we email you the moment it’s live.

  4. Live

    Your name in the address bar

    Your venue’s pages live at your own address, the certificate renews itself, and a daily check emails you if anything changes. Old links keep working.

  5. Email

    Booking emails from your address

    “Set up my email address” adds a few more records, and your booking emails send from your own domain. Your inbox keeps working as it is.

Do you sell domains?

No. You bring your own from any registrar — GoDaddy, 123-Reg, IONOS or anyone else — so you always own it outright.

Will my current email stop working?

No. The records only add permission for ResoFlow to send on your behalf. Your inbox carries on exactly as before.

Do I need Your website too?

No. On its own, your address serves your venue page, booking, menu, events and gift cards.

What if my domain expires?

Your website and venue-domain email stop until you renew it with your provider — nothing is lost, and customer emails switch back to ResoFlow’s address meanwhile. We warn you before the renewal date.

What about the address without www?

Most providers have a free forwarding switch that sends it to the www address — pick the kind that supports https. We test it daily and tell you if it stops answering securely.

What happens if I cancel?

Everything is kept for 30 days: your address shows a simple card with your name, phone and hours, and re-adding the product restores it all. After that the connection is removed.
