Your website, at your own address
Connect the domain you already own for £7 a month — your address serves your venue’s page, your guest emails send from your domain once verified, and the security certificate is issued and renewed for you. You paste one record at your provider; we check it, connect it and keep watch every day after.
A standalone product — £7/month on any plan, or with no plan at all.
£7/month for your own address. The themed venue website is a separate product — Website, £15/month — always priced as two things.
Your address does the work. We do the admin.
Everything a web address should quietly handle — serving, email, certificates and check-ups — without a hosting account or a technical setting in sight.
Your address, front and centre
Your domain serves your venue page — and your pages tell search engines that your domain is their one true home, so the search value you build lands on your name, not ours. Old ResoFlow links keep working and lead to the same place.
Guest emails from your domain
Once your email records verify, booking confirmations, reminders and other guest emails send from bookings@ your domain — replies still land in your real inbox. And if verification ever lapses, sending simply switches back to ResoFlow’s address: nothing ever bounces.
Certificates and check-ups, handled
The security certificate (the padlock) is issued automatically and renews itself. A daily health check watches your records, your site and even your domain’s renewal date — and warns you by email and in your dashboard before anything breaks.
Buy it. Type your domain. Paste one record.
The whole set-up is one page of your dashboard and one record at your domain provider — no code, no hosting account, no nameserver changes.
- 1
Add the product
Add Your domain to your account — it joins your one ResoFlow bill. You bring a domain you already own, from any registrar; ResoFlow never sells or registers domains, so yours is always yours.
- 2
Type your domain
Just the address itself — no www., no https://. The page instantly shows the one record to add, with a copy button for each part.
- 3
Paste one record at your provider
One CNAME in your provider’s DNS settings. Press “I’ve added it — check now”, or just leave the page: we keep checking every few minutes and email you the moment it connects. DNS changes usually travel in 5–30 minutes.

Live — padlock included
Your certificate is issued automatically and renews itself. Your site lives at www. your domain, and most providers forward the bare address to it with a free switch — the page explains exactly where.
Make it a full website.
Your Own Domain serves whatever your ResoFlow page is — and it gets even better with a themed site behind it.
The Website product
Make it a full website — Website, £15/month
Out of the box, your domain serves your venue’s free hub page — your details, your booking button, working from day one. Add the separate Website product and the same address serves a professional themed site instead: eight designed looks, pages switched on and off, and your menu, events and hours kept up to date automatically. Two products, two prices — either works without the other.
See the Website productWhat it is — and isn't.
You own the domain — and renew it
We connect a domain you already own; buying and renewing it stays with your registrar (typically £10–£15 a year), and renewing it is the one thing we can never do for you. The daily health check watches the renewal date and warns you beforehand, so a lapse never takes you by surprise.
Marketing from a new address is your call
A brand-new sending address has no reputation yet, so large marketing sends from it are more likely to land in spam at first. Marketing therefore keeps sending from ResoFlow's established address until you switch on the acknowledgement yourself — at your own pace, reversible any time. Booking emails stay on your domain either way.
www comes first
Your site lives at www. your domain — one simple record that every provider accepts, with no nameserver changes and no risk to anything else on your domain. The bare address is a free forwarding switch at your provider, and nothing breaks while you set it up.
And if you cancel, your domain never just goes dark: everything is kept for 30 days, your address shows a tidy card with your venue's name, number and opening hours — never an error page — and after 30 days the connection is removed and your domain is entirely back in your hands.
