Buying and renewing the domain stays with your registrar, at its prices. You pay the registrar directly and remain responsible for renewal, which is exactly why the daily check watches your renewal date and warns you. And if you cancel, your connection settings are kept for 30 days — reconnect within them and nothing needs setting up again.
Marketing from a new address is your call
Marketing keeps sending from ResoFlow’s established address until you switch on the acknowledgement yourself — a brand-new domain has no sending reputation. It’s reversible any time, and your booking emails send from your domain either way.

Your site lives at www. your domain. We provide the website DNS record to add at your provider, without changing nameservers. Your provider may also offer forwarding for the bare domain; check its options and charges. Custom email sending needs its own verification records, shown separately during setup.

Do I have to buy the domain from you?
No — and you can’t. You connect a domain you already own, wherever you bought it. Buying and renewing stays with your registrar, at its prices.
Will this break the email I already have?
No. The records you paste only add a new permission for ResoFlow to send on your behalf. Your current inbox, and everything you already send and receive at your domain, keeps working exactly as it is.
What happens to my old ResoFlow links?
They keep working. Anything already printed on a menu, posted on social or sent in a confirmation still resolves — your pages simply tell search engines that your own domain is their one true home.
What if the records stop verifying one day?
If verification lapses, supported email sending falls back to ResoFlow's address. Check delivery status for messages needing attention. Daily checks can alert you to detected DNS, certificate, email and renewal problems.
Do I need the £15 website product too?
No. Your domain serves your venue page on its own. The website product turns that page into a full themed site — worth it if you want one, and never assumed if you don’t.
