What’s true of ResoFlow for a venue in Scotland — each with where to read more.

  • Built in Scotland

    An independent business

ResoFlow is an independent business, built in Scotland, and it has taken real bookings since 1 July 2026. The company behind it, Caleonix LTD, is a UK company.

    Who’s behind your booking system?
  • Bank holidays

    Scotland’s bank holidays, already listed

Give your venue’s address its Scottish postcode and the Special dates page suggests Scotland’s bank holidays — 2 January, the first Monday in August and St Andrew’s Day among them — ready for their own hours or a closure, on every plan.

  • Wall screens

Drinks offers, with Scotland’s rules in view

When an advert on your wall screen mentions a drinks offer, a venue in Scotland sees this reminder while writing it: “Drinks offers in Scotland must follow your licence's rules on drinks promotions — no happy hours, and no free or cheaper drinks with a purchase.” The Ad loop is from Pro.

  • Prices

    Published, in pounds

The Free plan costs nothing, then Plus is £39, Pro £79 and Complete £129 per month — the same published prices for every venue, and 0% commission on table bookings on all of them. Deposits and card payments go straight to your own Stripe account.

“We’ve used ResoFlow from the very start, and it’s part of how we run every shift. Guests book on their phones, we see it straight away, and the diary is always right — no more worrying that a booking’s been missed. On a busy night we can see at a glance who’s in, who’s due and which tables are free, so seating people is quick and calm. The whole team finds it easy to use. Less stress, happier guests, stronger team — that’s honestly what it’s given us.”

“It makes managing reservations simple and saves staff valuable time. Guests can book online whenever it suits them, everything lands in one place, and we see it straight away. The team picked it up quickly, and I can check or change a booking from my phone in the middle of service. When a big group comes in we can join tables in a couple of taps. Easy to use and well organised — it’s made service calmer for all of us.”
