  1. Monday

    Build the week

    People as rows, days as columns. Add one of your saved shifts in a click, copy last week, or let Fill the week for me draft it from the staff you need — always as a draft you check first.

  2. Tuesday

    Publish it

    Each person gets their own shifts by email, with a private link that adds them to their phone’s calendar. Change shifts later and one Send changes tells everyone affected — each person gets only their own changes.

  3. Thursday, 16:58

    Clock in at the door

    Staff tap their name on the venue’s PIN pad and press Clock in. Breaks are taken off automatically or clocked, paid or unpaid — your choice — and a forgotten clock-out closes at the planned end, with you told.

  4. Sunday

    Check the hours

    Clock-ins & timesheets shows planned against worked hours for the week, and what to check. Correct a time with a reason, then download the hours for your payroll.

Do I need a booking plan to use ResoFlow Team?

No. Use ResoFlow Team on its own — no booking system needed: sign up with just ResoFlow Team and your account has the rota, clocking in and holidays — no booking set-up to do and no tables to draw. It also works beside any plan, and Complete includes it.

What happens past 25 people?

Nothing switches off and nobody is taken off the rota — the Rota page says so and points to Complete, which has no limit.

Does everyone need a full staff login?

No. Someone who only needs their shifts can have a Team member login: they clock in and out, see their shifts and ask for time off and swaps, and never use one of your staff logins.

Can staff clock in from their own phone?

No — clocking in happens on your venue’s own devices with their PIN, so the time comes from ResoFlow, not a phone’s clock. Their phone shows their shifts and lets them ask for time off.

Does it run payroll?

No. Export hours gives you a spreadsheet of planned and clocked hours, breaks and any changes with their reasons — ready for your payroll, with no pay or tax sums.
