Our help guides
Every one of them — the same guides as the help centre, so an answer and a guide never disagree.
Meet Rezo
Rezo answers questions about ResoFlow — on our website, in your dashboard and in the staff portal — from our help guides, straight away. In your dashboard, Rezo can help make changes too, and always asks you to confirm before saving. When a person would be better, Rezo says so and hands you over.

A conversation
Rezo reads the guides for you and points you to the exact screen. For a few simple settings it offers to make the change — you check it, and nothing is saved until you confirm it — and it hands you over to a person the moment you ask.

Rezo can help
In your dashboard, Rezo can offer the change to almost any setting — your Team rota included — as a card: what it is now, what it would become, and the page it’s on. Nothing is saved until you press “Save this?” (and confirm it’s you, wherever the page itself asks), and Undo puts a setting back for 30 minutes afterwards.
Only what you could change yourself — your role and your plan decide, and the page’s own rules check it before it’s saved.
Only from what you asked in the conversation — never from something Rezo read.
Each change shows in your Activity log, marked “suggested by Rezo”. It’s free.
Anything else — bookings, payments, other settings — Rezo explains and takes you to the right screen.
What Rezo knows
What Rezo can see depends on where you ask. On the website it has no account to look at; signed in, it knows your venue’s setup — never your customers’ details.
Every one of them — the same guides as the help centre, so an answer and a guide never disagree.
On the website, which page you opened the chat on. In the dashboard, the screen — and on a settings page, the setting you last touched.
In the dashboard: which plan you’re on, what’s included and how much of this month’s allowance is used.
Enough to answer “is this switched on for me?” without you checking first.
Short summaries of your last three closed conversations from the past 30 days — never the full transcript. There’s a switch to turn this off.
Did the confirmation email or the reminder text send? Rezo checks your venue’s records for the last seven days — addresses masked, and each check shows in your Activity log.
Rezo’s suggestions
Each night Rezo looks over your venue and suggests a few small things that would help — free, and nothing changes until you change it.

Rezo credits
In your dashboard Rezo also reads and writes for you — your menu, your floor plan, your marketing — and every word it writes stays yours to change.
Questions, answers and a hand-over to a person never cost anything, on every plan.
When Rezo reads or writes for you — a menu from photos, a floor plan from a picture, a whole marketing email — the button shows the cost before you start, Rezo shows each step while it works, and you check the result before it’s saved. A job Rezo can’t finish gives the credits back.
New venues on Free and Plus get 10 welcome Rezo credits; Pro includes 30 a month and Complete includes 100 a month, and packs of 50, 150 and 400 are on Billing and the Marketing overview.
Rezo shows you what would change and on which page, and nothing is saved until you confirm it by pressing “Save this?”. It never sees card details, passwords or PINs.
Never
Getting a person
Ask for a person at any time from your dashboard or our website. Rezo passes the whole conversation on, so you don’t repeat yourself.
Every answer has a thumbs up and a thumbs down. When Rezo isn’t helping, it offers a person — and the team reads every thumbs down.
A long conversation is offered a person, and a very long one is handed to the team.
Every reply is checked against the same safety rules before you see it.
Where Rezo lives
Never on your customers’ pages. Your booking page, your venue page, your website and your emails are yours — Rezo doesn’t appear on any of them.
Rezo is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. It answers from the ResoFlow help centre and runs on Google’s Vertex AI (Gemini), with all AI processing inside the European Union. Support conversations are never used to train any AI model. Rezo memory — “Let Rezo remember my recent support conversations” — is on your account’s Preferences page, and it’s on unless you switch it off. Privacy Policy · Sub-processors
