Order & Pay
Guests scan their table's QR code to browse your menu, then order and pay from their phone. Orders ring through to a live orders board with one-tap delivered and guests get an itemised email receipt — and where your venue also runs loyalty or money-off promotions, members earn automatically and discounts apply at the table too. Or on its own — £29/month. There's a flat 15p platform fee per paid Order & Pay table order, deducted from your payout — never added to the customer's bill, and tips are never touched.
Gift cards
Sell gift cards online and at the venue — occasion designs, scheduled delivery, printable cards, Apple and Google Wallet passes with a live balance, and partial redemption. Payments go straight to your Stripe account, and there's no platform fee on gift card sales — your venue keeps 100% of the face value. Or on its own — £25/month.
Events & tickets
Sell tickets to special events — DJ nights, dance parties, tastings, classes and festive dinners — with secure payments and QR check-in at the door. Seated, standing or a mix, built from your floor plan. Pro covers up to 10 events a month; Complete is unlimited. Or on its own — free to start, £25/month for unlimited events. A fee of 2.9% + 50p applies per paid ticket (your venue absorbs it by default).
Loyalty & rewards
Reward regulars with a stamp- or points-based loyalty scheme, complete with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards your guests keep on their phone and a live balance that updates as they earn. In your plan. Or on its own — £25/month.
Marketing & promotions
Built-in email marketing and promotions in one place — segment your customer list and send branded campaigns, then run discounts, free-item deals and shareable offer codes with per-code limits and channel controls. Venue hub
Every venue gets a free hub page — one link for everything you offer: booking, your menu, what's on, gift cards and more, wrapped in your cover photo and logo. On phones it works like an app, with a tab bar that shows exactly what your venue offers. It's the natural link for your Google Business Profile and Instagram bio — no website needed.
Deposits & no-shows
Ask for a card deposit when guests book — flat or by party size, only on the days, times and special dates you choose — or save a card and charge a flat no-show fee only if the party doesn't arrive, after a reversible safety delay. Refunds follow your cancellation policy automatically, and there's no platform fee on deposits — you keep 100% of your deposits.
