Any venue with a paid plan can move onto one account invoice, and the account owner sees every venue’s billing together.

Is there a discount for more than one venue?
Yes. Two or more venues with paid plans, billed together on one account invoice: each plan is 10% off — 15% off from five venues. It applies to plans only — not add-ons, products, credit packs or fees — is worked out after any other discount on that venue’s plan, and shows as one line on the account invoice. A venue billed on its own subscription isn’t counted.
Can each venue be on a different plan?
Yes. When you add a venue you pick its own plan — Free, Plus, Pro or Complete, the same as your first venue or not — and it gets its own allowances.
Are my guests shared between my venues?
No. Each venue keeps its own guests, gift cards, loyalty members and credits — a guest who books at both has a separate profile at each. Only your sign-in, the card on file and the All venues view are shared.
Do I need a separate sign-in for each venue?
No. One sign-in opens every venue on the account, and with two or more venues you land on the All venues Home.
Who can see every venue’s billing?
The account owner — on the account’s Billing page, and on Your venues, which lists each venue with its plan and how it is billed.
