   A phone, tablet or computer you already have

   ResoFlow runs in the web browser, so there is nothing to install. Chrome or Edge 111 or later, Samsung Internet 22 or later, Safari 16.4 or later (iOS 16.4 or later on an iPhone or iPad) and Firefox 128 or later, on a phone, tablet, computer or TV.

2. 2Optional

   A tablet at the front desk

   Set it up once — with a one-time code from your dashboard, so your password is never typed on it — and from then on each member of staff signs in with their own PIN.

3. 3Optional

   A TV for a wall screen

   Any TV or tablet with an up-to-date browser can show a wall screen. Wall screens come with the Pro and Complete plans, and the paid Events, Order & Pay and Your website products include their own screens.

4. 4Optional

   A kitchen printer

   With Order & Pay, a Star printer that supports CloudPRNT prints each paid order as a kitchen ticket by itself — no computer or app in between. Or print a docket from any order to the printer your device already uses.

5. 5Needed

   Internet

   Wi-Fi or mobile data. If it drops, today’s and tomorrow’s bookings stay on screen and the top bar says you’re offline — and you can print the day sheet before service, for any day.

6. 6Only to take payments

   A Stripe account

   Only when you take money — deposits, tickets, gift cards or orders. The account is your own, and the money goes straight to it; table bookings carry on without one.
