Your guest book is your data. Export your customer database and booking history from Collins as CSV files — or ask their support team for an export if you can't find one in your reports.

Open Settings → Data import in your ResoFlow dashboard and upload each CSV. The wizard matches your columns to ResoFlow fields, shows a preview before anything is written, and imports up to 500 rows per file. Customers with a matching email are merged, never duplicated.

Your public booking page is live the moment setup is complete. Put the link on your website, social profiles and Google Business Profile — or embed the booking widget directly on your site. You can run both for a while during the transition, then decide with real numbers.
