DesignMyNight offers a discovery channel for guests looking for venues and experiences. ResoFlow provides direct booking links and a separate venue directory, with no per-cover commission.
You’re a bar or group running big party bookings
Collins offers large-party securing against last-minute cancellations and pre-orders in the booking flow, and the DesignMyNight audience is built around bars, clubs and pubs.
You want one supplier for the whole stack
Collins sits inside the Access hospitality suite — EPOS, CRM, ticketing and more from one vendor. ResoFlow has no EPOS or CRM integrations today.
You run many sites and want group-level tooling
Collins is sold per site inside a suite with tools for hospitality groups. ResoFlow keeps bookings, customer records and reporting separate for each venue. Shared group CRM and reporting are not currently available.

Open Settings → Data import in your ResoFlow dashboard and upload each CSV. The wizard matches your columns to ResoFlow fields, shows a preview before anything is written, and imports up to 500 rows per file. Customers with a matching email are merged, never duplicated.

Your public booking page is live the moment setup is complete. Put the link on your website, social profiles and Google Business Profile — or embed the booking widget directly on your site. Many venues run both for a while during the transition, then decide with real numbers.
