simpleERB details are from simpleERB's own website (simpleerb.com and its pricing page), checked July 2026: Starter £21/month (up to 300 covers a month), Plus £47/month (up to 1,200), Pro £80/month (unlimited) and Small Chain £202.50/month billed annually; its pricing page says "Most restaurant booking systems charge per cover — simpleERB doesn't work that way"; SMS is £40 per 1,000 messages after 10 free; card capture and payments are a paid add-on on Starter and Plus and included on Pro. On the ResoFlow side: Free's free plan covers up to 30 online bookings a month; you keep 100% of your deposits and there's no platform fee on gift card sales — your venue keeps 100% of the face value; a fee of 2.9% + 50p applies per paid event ticket (your venue absorbs it by default). Tiered by toolkit, not by covers.
Your plan buys a toolkit, not a cover allowance
ResoFlow's tiers add capability: gift cards, ticketed events, money-off promotions and a loyalty programme become plan features on Pro (£79/month) and above — products you'd otherwise run separately. simpleERB's tiers buy booking volume; its published plan inclusions don't list equivalents of those four. (ResoFlow's own optional extras are honest and small: credit top-ups for SMS and email, and extra image storage.)
Deposits and no-show cover on every paid plan
Card-secured bookings, deposits and no-show fees are part of every paid ResoFlow plan — not an add-on. On simpleERB's published pricing, card capture and payments are a paid extra on Starter and Plus, included only on Pro (as at July 2026). If no-show protection is the reason you're shopping, compare what the plan you'd actually buy includes.
A free plan, not just a free trial

You want the lowest starting price
Said plainly: simpleERB's Starter plan is £21/month — £18 less than ResoFlow's cheapest paid plan (Plus, £39/month). If you're a small venue that needs solid bookings and nothing beyond, that saving is real.
You want unlimited users on every plan
simpleERB includes unlimited users, devices and areas on every plan, from Starter up. ResoFlow's staff seats are capped per plan — unlimited on Complete.
You want Reserve with Google
simpleERB lists Reserve with Google among its integrations, so diners can book from Google Search and Maps. ResoFlow doesn't offer that — instead it walks you through pointing your Google Business Profile's booking link at your ResoFlow page.
You use EposNow
simpleERB advertises an EposNow integration. ResoFlow doesn't offer EPOS integrations today — bookings, payments and reports live in ResoFlow itself.

Export your data from simpleERB
Your guest list is your data. Export your customer database and booking history from simpleERB as CSV files — or ask their support team for an export if you can't find one in your reports.

Import it into ResoFlow
Open Settings → Data import in your ResoFlow dashboard and upload each CSV. The wizard matches your columns to ResoFlow fields, shows a preview before anything is written, and imports up to 500 rows per file. Customers with a matching email are merged, never duplicated.

Point your channels at your new booking link
Your public booking page is live the moment setup is complete. Put the link on your website, social profiles and Google Business Profile — or embed the booking widget directly on your site — and new bookings land in your dashboard in real time.
