On ResoFlow it's part of Complete (£129/month) or on its own from £29/month, with a flat 15p platform fee per paid table order — never added to the customer's bill, and tips never touched; collection and delivery orders (Order & Pay Pro) carry 50p + 1% of the food and drink total. Event tickets carry 2.9% + 50p per paid ticket.

Four things ResDiary's own site offers that ResoFlow does not. They are real, and for some venues they are the whole argument.
You need EPoS or PMS integrations
ResDiary advertises more than 70 certified EPoS and PMS integrations. ResoFlow has none today — bookings, payments and reports live in ResoFlow itself.
You want Reserve with Google
ResDiary venues can take bookings straight from Google Search and Maps. ResoFlow doesn't offer that — instead it walks you through pointing your Google Business Profile's booking link at your ResoFlow page.
You want marketplace exposure
ResDiary is part of the Access Group, and venues can be listed on the DesignMyNight marketplace. ResoFlow provides direct booking links and a separate venue directory, with no per-cover commission.
You want 24/7 support and unlimited users
ResDiary advertises both on every plan. ResoFlow's staff seats follow your plan — unlimited arrives on Complete — and support is founder-run rather than round-the-clock.
If those are your priorities, ResDiary may genuinely be the better fit — we'd rather you choose the right tool. If published prices and a toolkit that's already in the plan matter more, that's the ResoFlow side of the argument.

Your guest book is your data. Export your customer database and booking history from ResDiary as CSV files — or ask their support team for an export if you can't find one in your reports.
Import it into ResoFlow
Open Settings → Data import in your ResoFlow dashboard and upload each CSV. The wizard matches your columns to ResoFlow fields, shows a preview before anything is written, and imports up to 500 rows per file. Customers with a matching email are merged, never duplicated. Loyalty points balances can come across too.
Share your new booking link
Your public booking page is live the moment setup is complete. Put the link on your website, social profiles and Google Business Profile — or embed the booking widget directly on your site. Bookings arrive in real time.
