Quandoo has announced it is winding down — new bookings stop on 30 September 2026, with a full shutdown by the end of the year. ResoFlow is a UK-built Quandoo alternative with flat monthly pricing, no per-guest fees, and a CSV import that brings your guest list and bookings with you.
Last day diners can place new bookings through the Quandoo website and app.
Restaurants can no longer handle new or existing bookings through Quandoo.
Quandoo takes down its website, app and infrastructure entirely.

Export your data from Quandoo
Ask Quandoo for a CSV export of your guest list and reservation history — their support team is helping partner restaurants export data ahead of the shutdown. Do it early, and well before 31 December 2026.

Import it into ResoFlow
Open Settings → Data Import in your ResoFlow dashboard and upload each CSV. The wizard matches your columns to ResoFlow fields (with a one-click Quandoo preset in the mapping step), shows a preview, and imports up to 500 rows per file. Customers with a matching email are merged, never duplicated.

Share your new booking link
Your public booking page is live the moment setup is complete. Put the link on your website, social profiles and Google Business Profile — or embed the booking widget directly on your site — and new bookings land in your dashboard in real time.
