Open Settings → Data import in your ResoFlow dashboard and upload each CSV — with a Quandoo preset that suggests the column matches in the mapping step. Quandoo took its last new bookings on 30 September 2026, and its closure page now says its platform is no longer available. If you saved your Quandoo export, ResoFlow brings it across; if you didn’t, Quandoo’s page asks for any questions by email to [email protected] by 31 December 2026.
What data can I bring across?
Your customer list — name, email, phone, allergies, birthday, notes and VIP status — and your bookings: date, time, party size, guest details, status, duration and notes. The import wizard has a Quandoo preset that suggests the column matches in the mapping step (check them before you import), and handles up to 500 rows per file.
