What's included in each plan?

The four ResoFlow plans — what each includes, the monthly limits, and how annual billing saves two months.

How do I change plan?

Upgrade instantly with a prorated charge, or schedule a downgrade for the end of your billing period — and cancel a scheduled change.

How do I update my card or find an invoice?

Update the card on file, read the next-invoice estimate, download past invoices, and redeem discount or free-credit codes.

Your venues — running more than one venue on one account

One sign-in and one card for several venues — a venue you add keeps its own subscription on that card, a venue that joins by invitation moves onto one account invoice, and the account owner sees every venue's billing together; how to add a venue, switch between them, what the All venues Home shows, where you land, and what stays separate.

How do I cancel (and can I get a refund)?

Cancel at the end of your billing period and keep paid features until then — plus the one-time 14-day money-back guarantee.

How do I check my usage against my plan's limits?

The Plan and usage page — usage meters, cycle timeline, top-up balances, end-of-cycle projections and what happens at a limit.

How do I buy credits or add-ons?

One-off SMS, email, marketing and AI credit packs that never expire (AI packs on every plan — they pay for the menu and floor-plan picture imports), plus the monthly Extra Storage add-on.

How do I change my own name, email or appearance?

Your personal profile — name, email address, notification preferences, dark mode and time format.

How do I refer another venue to ResoFlow?

Share your referral link or code with a venue you know — when they take a paid plan and pay their first month, you both get £50 credit on your ResoFlow account, 15 days later. Spend it by ticking "Use my account credit" on any purchase — a plan, an add-on, a product or a credit top-up; it also pays your plan renewals unless you switch that off in Billing. It expires 12 months after it was added.

Where do I see new features and updates?

The What's New feed of product updates, the unread badge, and the refresh bar that appears when a new version ships.
